A man was left with blood spilling from his nose after he was headbutted inside the Castle Towers carpark.
Police said a Rouse Hill man, 41, reversing out of a car spot became frustrated at the man behind him who was waiting to park at about 2.45pm on October 24.
He got out of his car and approached the Blacktown driver, 50, saying there was not enough room to move.
The Blacktown driver was headbutted and left with a cut on the bridge of his nose.
A Rouse Hill man was charged with assault occasioning in actual bodily harm and will appear in Parramatta Local Court on November 19.
